1. Estimated Price
The price you enter when submitting a purchase request is considered an estimated price only.
2. Price Flexibility (±20%)
To accommodate variations in retail store pricing and ensure successful procurement, the platform will apply up to 20% flexibility above the estimated price. The temporary charge will therefore reflect this range.
3. Final Settlement
• If the actual purchase price is lower than the amount charged, the difference will be automatically refunded to your platform wallet.
• If the actual purchase price exceeds the 20% flexibility range, the platform will contact you for confirmation before proceeding.
4. Refund & Wallet Credit
Any refund resulting from the final settlement will be credited to your wallet account on the platform. The wallet balance can be used for future purchases or withdrawn subject to platform policies.
5. Membership Registration
By submitting a purchase request, your details will be automatically registered and you will become a member of the platform.
